Kalles Group worked with a software company to mature their cybersecurity posture by providing assessment, advisory, and program leadership in phases that met the client where they were in each step of their journey.
Kalles Group had just provided our client with a Risk & Security Assessment, resulting in a 24-month cybersecurity program roadmap. However, internal staffing targets were expected to be realized at a rate that wouldn’t support the roadmap execution. The client needed external resourcing in the form of program leadership and engineering skills and expertise.
Our team was engaged to provide a prioritized set of resources and skills to help jumpstart the program execution. Workstreams were organized to be focused upon the introduction and/or advancement of initiatives including:
